6-Axis Motion Controller
 Apollo-Z is a 6-Axis motion controller board designed for embedded applications that involve robotics and motor control. Designed around the revolutionary dSPIN® L6470PD bipolar stepper driver from a leading supplier of automotive and motor control semiconductors, ST Microelectronics, the Apollo-Z ensures a superior performance for your motor control application that is very diffiult to obtain out there even with some high end, pricey, costly and bulky motion controllers. For applications that call for high precision positioning  and low mechanical noise with ease of use, less complexity and hardware overhead, the Apollo-Z simply fills the gap.Apollo-Z is the first 6-Axis motion controller in the market that features the dSPIN ® L6470PD in Daisy-Chained SPI Interface. In this configuration, application processor only needs to provide basic SPI Signals in addition to two control signals. This allows for a straighforward, yet robust control over single device/motor individually, as well as, synchronizing motion for more than one motor simultaneously.

Minimum Requirements:
- Any Microcontroller capable of a duplex SPI (STM32, AVR, PIC, H8S, MSP430, etc..)
- A 24V/14A power supply
- Mechanical limit switches at will (depending on motors involved in the application!)

Applications:
While the Apollo-Z was not designed with the Mach Software in mind, it is still a great fit for pick and place machines, 3D printers, surveillance systems, stage lighting, textile and sewing machines, and most positioning
applications that require highest precision with very smooth and quiet operation.
